Morse Ave Dads

Privacy Notice

Here is what happens when you share information through this website.

Email list

When you join the email list, we collect your email address and the name you provide. We add them to the Morse Ave Dads group in MailerLite so we can send you event announcements and group updates.

Sports volunteer form

When you express interest in the Second Hand Sports project, we collect your name, email address, any optional cell number, the tasks you select, and anything you write in the note. We add your email, name, and optional cell number to a separate volunteer group in MailerLite so we can contact you about the project. Your selected tasks and note are stored on this website for authorized site editors to review. Signing up for the project does not automatically add you to the general Morse Ave Dads email group.

Where information is kept

MailerLite processes the contact details used for group emails. Railway hosts the website and stores volunteer requests and site administration records. Our authorized organizers can access the information needed to manage the group and respond to volunteer interest. The site uses a sign-in cookie for its administrators; the public signup forms do not require an account.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from group emails using the link in a MailerLite email. Unsubscribing from email does not remove a volunteer request already stored on this website. To ask about, correct, or remove information you shared with Morse Ave Dads, email MorseAveDads@gmail.com. Please tell us which email address you used so we can locate your submission.
